Refund policy
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Because of the intimate nature of many products sold by PLZ KEEP CUMING, we maintain strict return standards for the health, safety, privacy, and peace of mind of our customers.
Products intended to come into contact with the body or bodily fluids are not eligible for return or exchange, except when received defective, damaged, or incorrect. For health and hygiene reasons, these products cannot be restocked or resold after shipment.
Non-returnable products include, but are not limited to:
- Vibrators and dildos
- Anal toys, beads, and plugs
- Douche and enema products
- Cock rings, sleeves, and other penis or testicular products
- Gags, ropes, restraints, and similar intimate-use products
- Lingerie, underwear, and men’s intimate apparel
- Lubricants and massage oils
- Condoms and other personal-care products
- Body paints and similar consumable products
DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT ITEMS
Contact support@plzkeepcuming.com as soon as possible with your order number, product name, description of the problem, and photographs or video when reasonably necessary. Do not discard the product or packaging until our support team provides instructions.
An approved claim may be resolved through a replacement, refund, store credit, or other appropriate remedy.
CHANGE-OF-MIND RETURNS
We do not accept returns or exchanges of hygiene-sensitive or intimate merchandise because of change of mind, ordering the wrong size/style/color/product, no longer wanting the item, or personal preference after purchase.
ORDER CANCELLATIONS
Contact support@plzkeepcuming.com immediately if you need to cancel. Cancellation cannot be guaranteed once an order has entered fulfillment or shipped.
REFUNDS
Approved refunds are generally issued to the original payment method. Payment providers may require additional time to post the refund. Original and expedited shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the refund results from an error attributable to PLZ KEEP CUMING or its fulfillment process.
FINAL SALE
Products identified as Final Sale are not eligible for ordinary return or exchange. This does not eliminate remedies that may otherwise apply to merchandise received damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Nothing in this policy limits any rights or remedies that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
